I noticed for the first time on Sunday (my first Mother's Day - very special) that Jahan can now officially say two "words" which are specific to objects or actions. I have noted previously that he makes several sounds including "ba-ba" and "da-da" but that these have always been non-specific. However, Jahan can now say "ta-ta" ("ta-ta" meaning "bye-bye"), a sound always accompanied by a cute little waving motion. He does this everytime someone comes or goes (and usually every time I open the front door).
He also says "num-num" which means food. Yup, he's got his priorities sorted!
