Jahan's birthday (click here for photos)was a quiet one (he'll have a small party tomorrow at Day Care and then a big one in a couple of weeks for family and friends). He went to church this morning, where he got to officially attend Creche now that he was old enough to go! He liked it there and sang songs and danced with Pete & Katrina. When we came home, he got to eat some birthday cake which Mummy had made for him (with carrots and chocolate in it)! Then he got FIVE birthday presents from Mum & Dad, but he enjoyed stacking the boxes and climbing up them more than playing with the toys inside. After lunch we went to the Hardware store where Jahan played with brushes and paint swatches while Daddy bought decking material. In the afternoon, his friend Sophie and her parents, Dan and Carine and little baby Joseph came over for cake and coffee. Afterwards, Jahan had his dinner (Mummy let him have a bit more cake for dessert because it was a special day), and a warm bath and went to bed.
