Jahan has finally begun to reflect Jeyanth's affinity for organising (see "Systematic Baby"). This is closely coupled to his discovering the joys of "putting".
It is only over the past 2-3 weeks that Jahan has been able to place wooden rings onto a pole by himself. He still has no concept of orientation, so struggles to get blocks of assorted shapes into their respective holes. However, he is very keen on attempting this now, and gets clearly frustrated when he can't push the pieces through.
Other examples of his organising tendencies include a desire to "tidy up". This morning Jahan ran around the room, picking up bits of tissue and fluff off the carpet, carried them to the bin, opened the flip-top lid, placed them inside and closed the lid! All this with no prompting from us!
