Last weekend, we had our first incidence of unwarranted "artwork". When our backs were turned, our budding artist son, armed with a black marker, vented his creativity on the bathroom door. By the time his father and I discovered the talent, it was too late for reprimand.
Not so yesterday morning, when Jahan attempted to colour in the kitchen cabinet with a pink colour pencil. I swiftly lunged forward and reprimanded him in no uncertain terms. Hope that holds him off for a couple of days... or I'll have to resort to plastering the kitchen cupboards with butchers' paper! **Sigh**
